Liverpool opened match day 14 with 7 goals at Selhurst Park to an inform Crystal Palace with Robert Firmino and Mohamed Salah scoring twice as Liverpool ended a five-game winless run away from home in the Premier League. The win put Man United 3rd on the log sitting behind Leicester City with just a point less with one match at hand.

The win nevertheless still keeps them a point behind Southampton on 8th position.

Tottenham goes down the table with Jose Mourinho men loosing back to back in the premier league after loosing to Liverpool in midweek, Leicester City also defeated them by 2 goals to nothing at their home ground in London. A Jamie Vardy penalty and own goal from Tobby Alderweird saw Leicester leapfrogged Tottenham and dent a blow on Mourinho’s title challenge. Tottenham are now totally out of the top 4, they find theirselves 6th on the log after the defeat with 25points after round 14.

Chelsea returned to winning ways after back to back defeat in the premier league. Chelsea were made to work hard for their victory against West Ham at Stamford Bridge, although Tammy Abraham’s second-half brace set up a serene finish. Thiago Silva opened the scoring in 10 mins with a header from a corner kick. Westham mounted all pressure on Chelsea but Thiago stood strong at the back and ensure a clean sheet before Tammy Abraham got his second half brace to eventually seal the victory for Lampard. Chelsea are now fifth on same points with Tottenham who are sixth with 25points each.
