Liverpool VS Manchester United

Battle of the top ends in a goaless draw, the weekend witnessed an intensely contested match between Liverpool and Manchester United to see who takes the top gear in the league, but surprisingly ended in a goaless draw after both sides missed chances to break the deadlock. Manchester United still retains their top position with 2 points over their noisy neighbor who have played a match less, while Liverpool wallows in 4th position on same point with Leicester City both a point below Pep’s City.

Fulham VS Chelsea

Chelsea got back to winning ways after beating Fulham at home though they produced an unremarkable performance against Fulham but did just enough to claim a 1-0 win in the London derby. Fulham got weaken with Robinson sent off in the 44th meeting . Mason Mount spares Chelsea blushes getting them their first win in their last 4 matches.

Manchester City VS Crystal Palace

Manchester City run riot against Crystal Palace at home with John Stones scoring twice and Kevin De Bruyne claiming his 100th assist as Manchester City cruised into second place in the Premier League. Ilkay Gundogan doubled the lead early in the second half prior to Stones celebrating an unlikely second, and a classy finish from Raheem Sterling wrapped up a fifth successive league win for Pep Guardiola’s ever improving City.

Arsenal VS Newcastle

Aubameyang is back on the score sheet with two goals with the young sensation Bukayo Saka scoring between his brace to give Arsenal a comfortable 3-0 win over Newcastle at Emirates. Arteta’s men continue their fine run with another 3points and the return of Thomas Partey. Arsenal are now tenth on the log with 27 points.
